I'm sure that most guys have noticed one day or another that when they compliment a woman, she may not look like she appreciates it, she may look like she is trying to avoid it and even avoid looking at the eyes of the person complimenting her!
So, do women like compliments?
The truth is that women crave compliments, they do not just like them, they love them, in fact, if you are with a woman, in a relationship, and you do not compliment her from time to time, she will feel horrible about you, not just that, she would even feel horrible about herself and always try to make you "say" what you have in mind about her!

As said before, women crave compliments tremendously, they enjoy them, in fact, some women live for them!
Just remember the movie or music stars who committed suicide, like Marilyn Monroe, she couldn't live with the idea that people are not going to appreciate her anymore, she couldn't live with the idea that she is aging and she has stopped attracting eyes to her as she did when she was young!
Women crave compliments, but the problem lies with the fact that most men don't know how to use this to their advantage, for example, they may be careless about a woman and not giving any attention to her, but once they want something from her, they will start showering her with compliments and praise, this is very obvious and no woman is going to feel good about it.
Another example is the stranger woman at the bar, you may not know her, but still, when you approach her, you may use a compliment to start a conversation with her!
Well, women know about our tactics and they are very careful, in fact, they have "mental filters" when it comes to compliments, whenever they hear them, especially from strangers, they will discard them!
And this is the reason why it may look like women do not like compliments.
What to do about this?
The only way you have is to never overuse compliments, only use them once in a while, when needed and with women you know, otherwise, stay away from them, if you don't know what you are doing, you will just make things worse for you.
